Language mix, price sensitivity, platform habits, festival timing and trade structure differ sharply between metros, tier-two cities and rural belts. Campaigns brought in unchanged from another country usually do poorly here. The creative is often fine; the assumptions behind it don’t fit India.
How we price it: Retainers are charged monthly for an agreed scope. Media and ad spend are billed separately at cost, with the platform reports attached. We don’t add a hidden margin on media.
