The terms on which India Fulfillment Center supplies services, contracts and brokered work.

India Fulfillment Center supplies business services in India and manages India market entry and operations for overseas clients. These terms apply to all catalog orders, annual contracts and requirements posted through this website.
A catalog order is accepted when payment is received and we confirm it. A posted requirement is not an order: it is an invitation for quotations. No commitment exists on either side until you accept a specific quote in writing or through your portal account.
Published prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Prices are held in Indian rupees; figures shown in other currencies are converted at the rate configured on the site and are indicative until invoiced. Indian supply attracts GST at the prevailing rate. Supply to a client outside India is treated as export of services and is zero-rated, subject to the conditions being met.
Turnaround times stated on service pages are working estimates from the point at which we have everything needed from you. Delays caused by incomplete information, approvals awaited from you, statutory processing times, or events outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach.
Where work is not delivered to the agreed specification we will correct it at our cost. Claims must be raised promptly and, for physical goods, within seven days of delivery.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Contracts are committed twelve-month agreements. Included quantities do not carry beyond the contract year. Upgrades credit the unused balance of the current tier. Contracts do not renew automatically.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.
Specifications, volumes and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential and disclosed only to the supplier engaged on your work.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
